
The fortress is open on Saturdays and Sundays from April to October, offering guided tours. It is connected to the city center by a free shuttle service called Roccabus. The staff of the fortress provides two types of guided tours: the first tour recounts the events of the Battles of the Isonzo, while observing the panoramic view of the Karst, the land of World War I battles. The duration is approximately 30 minutes.
There is also a dedicated tour focusing on the Venetian history of the fortress. The duration is approximately 45 minutes.
